Eden-Park has completed the roll-out its 23 owned shops, in France, with Microsoft Dynamics AX for Retail. The brand with the pink bow tie offers upmarket casualwear for men, women and kids through owned shops, franchisees and concessions in the most prestigious department stores. The ten franchisees, of which one is already live, will migrate next and then it will be the turn of the numerous concessions, 44 to date.
The adoption of Dynamics AX for Retail was decided by the company to integrate the whole retail network and improve the customer experience through a customised and timely service on all channels. Dynamics AX for Retail allows real time visibility on customer profiles, transactions and merchandise stock, targeted marketing and fidelity actions, high level of service both within the store and during post-sale interactions thanks to data and statistics that are always available on any device, also mobile.
The application was specialised and implemented by DataFashion and interfaced with the ERP in use, that will be soon migrated to Dynamics AX as well.
